Workplace Investigations

Informed by decades of labor and employment law expertise, Kronick attorneys conduct independent, sensitive, thorough and defensible investigations into workplace practices, policies and misconduct allegations. We have handled hundreds of high-profile, sensitive investigations on behalf of public entities and private employers, including investigations into senior management and corporate executives, directors of public agencies, school superintendents, public and private employees, teachers and students.

Our attorneys work closely with clients to conduct investigations tailored to the client’s needs, all while maintaining the objectivity, sensitivity and social and cultural awareness such investigations require. Our work includes conducting recorded interviews and providing digital copies and transcriptions, reviewing all relevant documentation, and preparing final investigation reports to document all evidence gathered during an investigation, along with all findings supported by that evidence.

We place a premium on timeliness, privacy, and confidentiality to thoroughly investigate potential misconduct, to help minimize the damaging effects of workplace allegations and complaints, and to restore employee morale and productivity.
