Banking and Finance Law

Kronick’s banking and finance practice focuses on banks and financial institutions as well as entities working in equity and investment management, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and other financial associations. We offer counsel to management committees and boards of directors regarding their regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders and creditors.

Our team works closely with each client to effectively navigate the complex rules and regulations of the highly regulated banking and finance system. We advise clients on bank charters, supervision, and control, as well as consumer lending, risk management, data security, transactions, privacy, and customer product formation and implementation. We also support our clients engaged in mergers and acquisitions, international finance and banking activity, and international and domestic regulatory compliance.

While Kronick’s goal is to help our banking and financial institution clients avoid litigation whenever possible, our attorneys will provide expert insights and thorough counsel throughout all steps of the legal process when needed.
