Jonathan Hsieh, Shareholder
Jonathan represents employers in all employment matters, including wage and hour actions, workplace investigations, workplace discrimination and harassment litigation, and any and all related claims. He counsels clients on wage and hour compliance, discipline and termination, arbitration agreements, sick leave, employee handbooks, and laws affecting payroll and personnel decisions.
Jonathan also has experience representing owners, contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect claims and in catastrophic construction site accidents. He has represented individual whistleblowers bringing claims under the False Claims Act for fraud and violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Act.
LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Jonathan represents employers and other clients at every stage of litigation, from counseling clients in pre-litigation investigations to providing guidance on avoiding future claims.
From the inception of a claim, Jonathan is experienced in tailoring litigation strategy towards extricating his clients from the case, from discovery planning through dispositive motion practice and into trial.
He currently serves as general counsel for the Sacramento Black Chamber of Commerce.
