Brianne F. O’Sullivan, Associate

Brianne, an associate attorney in the firm, represents public and private sector entities in all employment matters including wage and hour actions, workplace audits and investigations, and discrimination and harassment claims. She advises and counsels clients on various labor and employment issues, including compliance with California wage and hour laws and laws regulating employee leave, termination, and discrimination and harassment.

LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Before joining Kronick, she interned with both the Elk Grove and Sacramento City Attorney’s Offices. As a summer law clerk, she gained additional legal experience with each of Kronick’s practice groups. Before attending law school, she worked as a legal assistant with a plaintiff-sided employment law firm.
