Gabriel represents lending institutions and other private entities in general and commercial litigation matters, including lender liability lawsuits, debt collection actions, construction disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and real property disputes. In addition, he represents creditors and trustees in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings and provides advice and counsel to private entities on general business and other litigation matters.
