Welcome 2022 Summer Law Clerks

Kronick is pleased to welcome our 2022 Summer Law Clerks to the firm. With our program, we aim to provide a rich summer experience while providing challenging legal work, ensuring broad exposure to the firm’s practice areas, and providing a realistic work experience that enables the firm and each law clerk to undertake an honest assessment of whether our firm is the right fit.

2022 Summer Law Clerks

Kyndall Banales is a rising 2L at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. During her undergraduate, Kyndall volunteered at Transitions Mental Health Association and the SLO Foodbank, while also working at a civil defense firm. Kyndall continues to volunteer and does so at the Wellspring Women’s Center each week. In her free time, Kyndall enjoys volunteering, hiking, and spending time with her family, friends, and 12-year-old pug.

Robin Bariel is a rising 3L at McGeorge School of Law. Last year, she worked in the bankruptcy clinic on campus. Next spring, she will be externing at the California Supreme Court. Prior to law school, Robin earned her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University’s Herberger School of Fine Arts. She enjoys taking her dog for long walks and working in the community garden on the McGeorge campus.

Brianne O’Sullivan is a rising 3L at McGeorge School of Law. She is currently working towards a Certificate of Concentration in Business and Tax Law. Brianne grew up in the Bay Area and earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley. Before coming to Kronick, Brianne interned with the City Attorney’s Offices of Elk Grove and Sacramento. In her free time, Brianne enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Luiz Varjao is a rising 3L at the University of California, Davis School of Law. He serves as Outreach and Diversity Chair on the Moot Court Honors Board and will work at the Immigration Law Clinic next semester. Prior to attending King Hall, he was an attorney in Brazil. In his free time, Luiz enjoys playing the guitar, watching series, and reading.
