Mark Ellinghouse Joins Kronick’s Team of Accomplished Litigators and Business Law Professionals

Kronick is pleased to have Mark Ellinghouse join the firm.  An associate with a blended litigation and business services background, Mark represents private entities in business, real estate and construction litigation disputes.  He also helps represent the firm's lending institutions in matters involving debt collection and lender liability disputes.

Mark received his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of California, Davis in 2011 and his B.A. (double major in Political Science and History) from the University of California, Los Angeles.  During law school, Mark gained a wealth of practical experience through internships, including one with Corporate Counsel for a publicly-traded international semiconductor company.  He also served as a legal advisor and business development manager for Appregatta Technologies, a small tech startup company in San Francisco.

Prior to joining Kronick, Mark was an associate in a Sacramento-based real estate law firm where he represented clients in litigation disputes related to development, construction and leasing of commercial property.

Mark's legal and business background will benefit not only the firm’s long-standing institutional clients, but its growing client base of large and small businesses throughout the State.

Welcome to the firm Mark.
