Holly will discuss “The Need for Consultation with Tribal Governments as Sovereign Nations in GSP Development and Tips for Reaching Win-Win Solutions.”
On July 29th, LSI will hold “A Timely New Seminar on CEQA and the NEPA Re-Write,” where Scott Morris will cover “Water Infrastructure Projects.”
On October 20th at “The Seventh Annual Advanced Conference on Tribal Water in California,” Holly will discuss “Update on State Implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) and the Impact on Tribes” and “Tribal Consultations: Requirements and Strategies for Addressing Water Issues.”
