Kronick Welcomes Shane Larsen: Newest Member of Firm’s Expanding Labor and Employment Practice

Kronick is pleased to announce that Shane Larsen has joined the firm's Labor and Employment group.

Shane comes to Kronick after having spent two years practicing labor and employment law in Washington D.C., and spending six months on active duty as a Judge Advocate for the U.S. Army Reserve in Charlottesville Virginia, where he trained in military administrative law, fiscal law, court-martial procedure, trial advocacy and consumer law.  Shane provides extensive litigation support, as well as advice and counsel to firm's public and private employers.

Prior to and while attending law school, Shane gained invaluable experience working on the Hill as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Mike Simpson.  His responsibilities were diverse, including researching laws and coordinating efforts with congressional offices and committees in the introduction and passage of bills involving natural resources, agricultural and Native American issues; drafting policy memorandum, committee testimony and speeches; and advising Congressman Simpson on pending legislation involving various natural resources and agricultural programs.

Shane earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in May 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
