Kronick Relocates Signifying New Era

Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard will relocate effective February 1, 2021, selecting the iconic Craftsman building at 1331 Garden Highway as its new home.

The 61-year-old firm has leased offices on three floors with options for additional space to accommodate the firm’s growth strategy. “This decision was based on the efficiency of the space and the desire for a fresh, modern launch into a new era of the firm,” says Scott Morris, Managing Shareholder. “We toured many properties over the past year but when this building became available, it was a quick and unanimous decision among the shareholders. The aesthetics of the new space complements our culture and reflects our enduring values.”

This riverfront building will deliver inspiring views and be the perfect launch pad for the firm’s leap forward into 2021. The location along the Sacramento River is a perfect full circle for Kronick, a full-service law firm that was built on a foundation of providing exceptional legal services in the area of water law and natural resources for over 60 years.

For 27 years, Kronick occupied the 27th and 28th floors of the Wells Fargo Building on Capitol Mall.
