William T. Chisum – Public Agency, Eminent Domain, Litigation
Mr. Chisum’s practice emphasizes representation of public agencies in litigation pertaining to eminent domain, water and other resources, taxing authority and collection, and environmental issues. His litigation experience includes handling cases at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts.
Mona G. Ebrahimi – Public Agency, Land Use and Environmental Law
Ms. Ebrahimi provides general legal counsel and advice to public agencies, ranging from transactional matters to litigation. Her practice also includes compliance with environmental laws such as the California Environmental Quality Act. Ms. Ebrahimi is also a certified mediator experienced in alternative dispute resolution.
Amara Harrell – Real Estate and Land Use
Ms. Harrell’s practice focuses on representing both public and private sector clients in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transaction, land use matters, and related financing and loan transactions.
Christopher Onstott – Labor and Employment, Litigation
Mr. Onstott practices labor and employment law and general business litigation. His areas of emphasis include employment litigation for management, including defending against wage and hour claims, civil rights claims, and discrimination claims. He has litigated cases involving misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark infringement, insurance bad faith, and breach of contract claims.
