Kronick Appoints Jeffrey Mitchell and Christopher Onstott to its Board of Directors

Kronick, advising private and public clients statewide for over 60 years, is pleased to announce that Jeff Mitchell, shareholder and manager of the firm’s public agency practice, has been appointed to serve on the firm’s Board of Directors. Also appointed is Chris Onstott, shareholder and manager of the firm’s business litigation practice. Congratulations to both!

Jeff has been providing counsel predominantly to public sector clients including cities and special districts in matters relating to land use, planning and zoning, housing, real estate, and general municipal law. Jeff has broad experience in state and federal laws related to use and reuse of land, tax credits, development issues, and funding programs for housing and economic development projects.

Chris is a seasoned litigator with a focus on employment litigation and commercial litigation. He has defended employers in employment litigation, including defending against race, sex, and disability discrimination and harassment claims, as well as wage and hour violations. He also has litigated numerous commercial cases, including cases involving misappropriation of trade secrets, product liability, insurance bad faith, and breach of contract claims.
