Amara Harrell, a member of the firm’s public agency and business services practice groups, represents both public and private sector clients in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, land use matters and construction law litigation. She also represents financial institutions in the areas of loan documentation, loan workouts and debt collection. Amara earned her JD from Golden Gate University in 2000.  Prior to practicing in California, Amara practiced for 5+ years at a real estate and construction firm in Honalulu Hawaii.

Mona Ebrahimi, a member of the firm’s public agency practice group, provides general legal counsel and advice to cities, special districts and other public entities on a broad range of public law matters. She currently serves as General Counsel to the Fulton-El Camino Recreation and Park District and the Dixon-Solano Water Authority. She also serves as the Assistant City Attorney for the Cities of West Sacramento and Lincoln, and Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Loomis. Mona earned her JD from California Western School of Law in San Diego in 2004 and is a certified mediator.
