Margaret J.C. Salisbury, Associate

Margaret, an associate attorney in the firm, represents both public and private sector clients in general and commercial litigation matters, including debt collection actions, breach of contract, fraud, and real property disputes. In addition, she provides advice and counsel to private entities on general business matters and bankruptcy-related matters.

Legal Experience

Before joining Kronick, she was a two-summer law clerk at Wanger Jones Helsley PC in Fresno, CA. Margaret also externed with the Office of Legislative Counsel in the Legal Opinion Branch while completing UC Law SF’s Legislation Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Margaret worked for general counsel for an international agriculture production and research company.
