Kronick is pleased to announce that Shareholder Mona G. Ebrahimi was appointed City Attorney for the City of Rio Vista. The City's former City Attorney, Jonathan P. Hobbs, also a Shareholder in the firm, will continue to assist the City as Special Counsel. “It is an honor to be appointed Rio Vista’s City Attorney. Kronick has had the privilege of providing City Attorney services to the City of Rio Vista since March 2011. Kronick also serves as general and special counsel to more than 150 public agencies throughout the State, including a number of cities.
Ms. Ebrahimi is a member of the firm's Public Agency practice group and has practiced municipal and public agency law for virtually her entire legal career. She currently serves as general counsel and special counsel to a number of public agencies, as well as Assistant City Attorney for the Cities of West Sacramento and Lincoln, and the Town of Loomis. Her practice focuses on representing municipalities and other local government agencies in a variety of transactional and litigation matters.
