Kronick is pleased to announce that Bret R. Rossi has joined the firm’s business services practice with more than 30 years of experience in bankruptcy and business litigation. Mr. Rossi is one of only 7 Sacramento attorneys certified by the State Bar of California as a Bankruptcy Specialist. His areas of emphasis includes both creditors and debtors rights and bankruptcy, representing clients in a wide range of matters, including contracts, partnerships, corporate agreements, real estate and constructions matters through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation in both State and Federal Courts. Bret was awarded his J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law and his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
