Jennifer A. Scott Joins KMTG

Kronick Moskovitz is pleased to announce that Jennifer A. Scott has joined the firm’s public agency and litigation practice as an attorney in its Sacramento office. 

Jennifer comes to Kronick with more than 13 years of litigation experience representing both public agencies and private clients in condemnation and eminent domain proceedings; environmental law disputes, including air quality and water quality; and general civil and complex commercial disputes.  Her extensive background also includes expertise in trademark prosecution, trade secrets, unfair competition, and trademark and copyright registrations.  Jennifer’s diverse background will benefit not only the firm’s long-standing institutional clients, but its growing client base of large and small businesses throughout the State.

Jennifer received her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1999 and her undergraduate degree in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis.

Prior to joining Kronick, Ms. Scott was a partner at a Stockton area law firm.
