Fulton-El Camino Recreation and Park District Selects Kronick as General Counsel

Kronick is pleased to announce its recent appointment of Mona G. Ebrahimi as general counsel to the Fulton-El Camino Recreation and Park District.

Kronick serves as general and special counsel to more than 150 public agencies, including numerous special districts, throughout California.

Mona G. Ebrahimi provides general counsel services to public sector clients in a broad range of municipal and public law matters, including public contracting, the Brown Act, Public Records Act laws, election law, conflicts of interest, affordable housing, land use, CEQA and NEPA, Pitchess, code enforcement, drafting and negotiating agreements, and drafting ordinances and resolutions. Ms. Ebrahimi is also a certified mediator experienced in alternative dispute resolution, offering clients a cost-effective, non-litigation option for resolving conflicts.

Currently the District is comprised of 80 acres of developed parkland and two undeveloped acres.
