Stephanie T. Pham, Associate

Stephanie is an associate attorney in the firm’s labor and employment practice group. She represents both private and public sector clients with such matters as discrimination and harassment, employee leave and discipline, employment contracts and employee handbooks, wage and hour issues, in-house training and general advice and counsel. Stephanie also has experience with natural resource policy and authored an undergraduate thesis titled, “Comparative Analysis of Watermaster Allocation Method.”

During law school, Stephanie was a Law Clerk for The Honorable Judge Jones, Colorado Court of Appeals. She researched and analyzed legal issues presented on appeal and drafted predisposition memos in anticipation of oral arguments. Stephanie also has experience with post-closing mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and corporate wind-downs.
