William T. Chisum Appointed to Judicial Council’s Civil and Small Claims Advisory Committee

Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard (KMTG) is pleased to announce that attorney William T. Chisum has been appointed to the California Judicial Council’s Civil and Small Claims Advisory Committee. Chisum, a Principal Attorney in KMTG’s Sacramento office, was appointed to a three year term by the Chief Justice of California & Chair of the Judicial Council, Tani Cantil-Sakauye.

Chisum, a 2011 Northern California Super Lawyer, practices in the Public Agency and Litigation practice groups at KMTG, where he represents firm clients in the areas of eminent domain, environmental, water rights and allocation, and agency taxing and spending obligations. Chisum is a 1989 graduate of the University of California, Davis School of Law.

It’s Civil and Small Claims Advisory Committee makes recommendations to the Judicial Council for improving the administration of justice in civil and small claims proceedings.
