Suisun-Solano Water Authority Selects Kronick as General Counsel

Kronick is pleased to announce its recent appointment of Mona G. Ebrahimi as general counsel to the Suisun-Solano Water Authority. Kronick serves as general and special counsel to more than 150 public agencies throughout California.

Ms. Ebrahimi provides general counsel services to public sector clients in a broad range of municipal and public law matters, including public contracting, the Brown Act, Public Records Act laws, election law, conflicts of interest, affordable housing, land use, CEQA and NEPA, Pitchess, code enforcement, drafting and negotiating agreements, and drafting ordinances and resolutions. Ms. Ebrahimi is also a certified mediator experienced in alternative dispute resolution, offering clients a cost-effective, non-litigation option for resolving conflicts.

The Suisun-Solano Water Authority (SSWA) is a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (JEPA) between the City of Suisun City and the Solano Irrigation District formed in 1976 for the purpose of supplying potable water to the residents of the City and rural District customers.
