KMTG public agency attorney Mona G. Ebrahimi has been selected to participate in the Metro Chamber’s Leadership Sacramento Class of 2011 program. Mona will be included in the 25th graduating Leadership Sacramento class.
Founded in 1985, Leadership Sacramento is a program of the Sacramento Metro Chamber that develops community-minded business and civic leadership. This year-long interactive program provides a behind-the-scenes view of the issues that impact the region’s economic prosperity, quality of life and culminates in the completion of a community project.
The Leadership Sacramento program begins in January followed by monthly day-long sessions. Each month focuses on a different topic selected for its direct impact to the quality of life and economic prosperity in the Sacramento region.
In addition to attending the monthly sessions, each class is required to collaboratively select and complete a community project. The purpose of the project is to encourage and facilitate a cooperative environment where a group of leaders come together to benefit one nonprofit organization, project or cause.
