Errol C. Dauis, Associate

Errol represents both public- and private-sector employers across a broad spectrum of employment law. He provides advice and counsel for labor and employment matters including collective bargaining negotiations, employee hiring, employment contracts, employee discipline, contract interpretation, and employee leave. He also has experience with all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution, handling matters in state and federal court at the trial and appellate levels.

Prior to joining Kronick, Errol was a litigation attorney with a San Francisco based firm. He served for two terms as the Board President of La Raza Centro Legal, a nonprofit that has provided legal services to Bay Area immigrants for over 42 years. Errol also served as an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Legal Fellow for OneJustice and completed a judicial externship for the Honorable John A. Mendez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
